Hemp Protein Pancakes

Irresistible vegan pancakes enriched with Hemp Protein powder, created by the brilliant @toyabolton. Soft and chewy these pancakes are super easy to make and even easier to devour! A winning breakfast for any day of the week. 

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 tbsp water)
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp Funktional Foods Hemp Protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of almond milk

Method

Blitz all the ingredients in a blender and spoon the mixture onto a warm oiled pan and cook on each side until golden brown

Drizzle with agave syrup and peanut butter (you can use any nut butter), and top with blueberries and walnuts. 

Delicious and super healthy!!
